A 9-week journey to be seen by God, known in community, and restored as you uncover, name, and redeem the patterns shaping your story.
 Â
And He said, “Hagar, servant of Sarai, where have you come from and where are you going?” She said, “I am fleeing from my mistress Sarai.”
Genesis 16:8
For the woman who deeply loves God and knows His Word—
who has walked with Him, trusted Him, and tried to live faithfully, but still feels stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in parts of her story, and has done the “right” things spiritually, but knows there are places underneath that haven’t been fully seen or processed…
Â
Storyline is a guided, Christ-centered group experience designed to help you process your story with God and engage it in a deeper, more honest way.
 Â
Through structured reflection, story sharing and spiritual formation, you’ll learn how to engage your story in a way that leads to real healing… not just more understanding.
Â
Think of it as the space where your story is finally brought into the light—with God, and with support. Â
Â
This is the place you get:Â Â
Â
âśž A clear, step-by-step process to understand and engage your story, in light of God's story
✞ Language for what you have carried—and why it’s stayed stuck all these years
âśž A Christ-centered space where you are seen, known, and not carrying it alone, or minimizedÂ
Â
Begins June 23rd and 24th
You can choose:
Tuesday at 9:30am PST or Wednesday at 11am PST

Â
You love God deeply.
You know His Word.
You’ve done the studies, the journaling, the prayers…
And yet—
Parts of your story still feel unresolved.
Patterns you can’t quite break.
Emotions that feel heavy… or quietly overwhelming.
You’ve tried to “give it to God”…
but you’re still carrying it.
Â
Â
Â
And this isn’t how it’s meant to feel.
Â
You are not meant to:
Â
✞ keep circling the same patterns...reacting before you even realize it, your chest tightening or shutting down completely… then lying in bed later replaying it all, feeling the weight of it sit heavy in your body, wondering why you keep ending up here
✞ feel spiritually mature, reading your Bible, showing up in your faith, doing what you know to do… but still waking up with a quiet heaviness already there, a subtle dread you cannot explain, feeling disconnected from what you know is true
✞ know truth, to say what is right and good, to encourage others and believe it… but then notice how quickly you fall back into old reactions, feeling that tension between what you believe and what you are actually living
✞ carry pain in silence, pushing it down as soon as it rises, keeping it between you and God… because you do not know where it belongs or if it is safe to bring it into the light, so it stays in your body, unspoken and unresolved
Â
  Â
There comes a point where you can’t keep moving forward the same way… you need to first slow down long enough to notice what you’ve been carrying.
Â
You have shown up.
You have kept going.
You have done your best with what you’ve been given.
Â
But parts of your story still feel… unresolved.
Â
Not loud enough to demand your attention every day—
but present enough that they shape how you see yourself,
how you show up in relationships,
and even how you experience God.Â
Â
You don’t need another space that tells you what to fix. You don’t need more pressure to figure everything out, and you don’t need to rush to healing before you feel ready.
Â
What you actually need…
is a space where you can be honest.
A space where you don’t have to filter your story, perform, or have it all tied together.
A space where your story can be spoken out loud—
and instead of being rushed, corrected, or minimized…
you are seen.
you are known.
you are gently met and held right where you are.
Because healing doesn’t happen by avoiding the hard parts of your story.
And it doesn’t happen by forcing clarity.
It happens when your story is brought into the light—
in the presence of God,
and in the presence of people who know how to listen.
This is that space.

Why I lead this work
Hello, if we haven't met, my name is Paris. Nice to *meet* you. I didn’t start leading Storyline: Seen, Known, & Restored because I had it all figured out. I started because I knew what it felt like to be stuck... still carrying things I didn’t fully understand, even while doing all the “right” spiritual things.
When I stepped into trauma-informed training, I expected more tools.
Instead, God gently led me somewhere I hadn’t gone before, into the parts of my story I had learned to move past…but never truly process.
I realized how much of my faith lived in my head—
consuming truth, agreeing with it,
assuming it would eventually change me…
while my heart stayed guarded, overwhelmed, and unseen.
Storyline changed that.
It helped me:
- name harm I had minimized
- acknowledge grief I had overlooked
- recognize God’s presence in places I used to avoid
It didn’t fix everything overnight.
But it gave me a way to finally move through what I had been carrying.
And that is why I lead this work now.
Because I know what it feels like to:
→  suffer quietly while trying to “stay strong”
→  be given spiritual answers that don’t actually help
→  wonder if something is wrong with you because you’re still struggling
→  And to long for a space where your story is finally safe to be seen.
If you’re tired of understanding truth… but not experiencing change,
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your own story,
If you’re ready for a different way to move forward with God…
you do not have to keep doing this alone.
- With you in this, ♡ Paris
Healing was never meant to stay in your head.
It was meant to be experienced—
in your body, in your story, with others, and in relationship with God.
Â
Which is why…
You don’t just need more teaching.
You need a step-by-step, Christ-centered process.
A guided way to move through what you’ve been holding alone— honestly, without rushing.
Because the real work isn’t just learning truth…
It’s learning how to locate where your story still needs healing, and allowing the Lord to meet you there.
Storyline is a guided group experience where you’ll walk through your story with God in a way that is structured, supportive, and deeply intentional.
Â
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about learning how to:
✞ Understand your story—connecting the dots between past moments and present reactions, instead of feeling confused by them
✞ Process what you’ve carried—slowing down long enough to name what’s been sitting beneath the surface, instead of rushing past it
âśž Experience God meeting you in it—inviting Him into specific memories and places you’ve kept guarded, and noticing what shiftsÂ
Begins June 23rd and 24th
You can choose:
Tuesday at 9:30am PST or Wednesday at 11am PSTÂ
Begin Your Storyline Journey
Over 9 weeks, you will not just “learn”—you will begin to see your story differently.
Â
✞ Trust — learning how to feel safe again (with God, yourself, and others)
✞ Grief — finally putting words to what you’ve been carrying for years
✞ Identity — separating who you are from how you’ve had to survive
✞ Repentance — releasing patterns that once protected you, but now keep you stuck
✞ Calling — gaining clarity on what’s next (without pressure to have it all figured out)
✞ Harm — naming what actually happened, so it stops quietly shaping your life
✞ Hope — seeing where God has been in your story all along—and where He’s leading you next
This is what it looks like to finally move forward
gently, honestly, and with God.
Go at a Pace That Actually Feels SafeÂ
Before each session, you will have space to slow down and reflect—without pressure, rushing, or needing to “keep up.”Â
-
Short, guided teaching (not overwhelming)
-
Time to process what is actually coming up for you
-
No pressure to rush or perform
-
A confidential space — what is shared in this room stays in this room
-
The same structure every session, so you always know what to expect and can arrive without having to prepare yourself
A Held Space With a Sacred Structure
Each live session follows the same intentional rhythm, so what happens in the room is witnessed, not just processed.
- Guided reflection that helps you go deeper (without spiraling)
- Scripture that meets you where you are, not where you “should” be
- Trauma-informed facilitation that keeps you grounded and supported
-
A liturgical rhythm each session: grounding, story, witness, and prayer, so you always know what to expect and can arrive without needing to prepare
You Will Not Have to Do This Alone
You’ll be surrounded by women who understand what it’s like to carry things quietly and are ready to process them honestly.
- A space where you can be seen, without being overwhelmed
-
A community that listens, not fixes
-
Practices that help truth actually take root in your life
- This is a closed group of eight women who begin and end together. Your consistent presence isn't just good for you, it's the gift you bring to every other woman in the room.
We begin
June 23rd, Tuesday at 9:30-11am PST orÂ
June 24th, Wednesday 11 to 12:30 PST
 Â
What This Looks Like Week to Week
What's Included in this Cohort ExperienceÂ
Â
Each week inside Storyline, you’ll be guided through a simple, intentional rhythm:
Before Each Session
You will receive a short prerecorded teaching, 20 to 30 minutes, to help you understand the week's theme and begin noticing what is coming up for you before we gather together.
No pressure to have it figured out. Just come having listened.
 †Â
Each Live Session — 90 Minutes
Every session follows the same five-part liturgy. The rhythm is intentional. The repetition is the point, because safety is built in the return, not in a single conversation.
Part One — Ground & Discuss We do not rush into content. We arrive first. A brief grounding practice helps you release what you carried in and settle into the present moment together. We then open space for the week's teaching. What lingered? What unsettled you? What question did this session raise that you did not have before? We follow what is alive in the room.
Â
Part Two— Story Sharing
This is the heart of the liturgy. Each week one woman is invited to share her story with the group — not a prayer request, not a problem to be solved, but a story offered to be held. She may share a significant arc of her life, walking the group through where she has come from and what has shaped her. She may bring a hard memory, a season she is still processing, or simply what feels most alive and unresolved right now. There is no right way to do this. There is only her way. She is not performing. She is not expected to have it resolved or wrapped in a lesson. She simply brings what is true.
Part Three — Being WitnessedÂ
When she finishes the group does not offer advice, interpretation, or scripture. Instead each person reflects back what her story evoked in them—the emotions it stirred, what they noticed, what they sense God may want her to know. They may name something they see in her that she cannot yet see in herself. This is witness, not analysis. Presence, not fixing. Honest reflection, not spiritual reframing.Â
Part Four — She Responds The woman who shared then receives what was offered—not to perform gratitude or correct anything, but simply to notice what landed. "Something I want you to know is..." — this phrase is a threshold. Cross it slowly.
Part Five — Ignatian Prayer & Closing We close not with a summary but with a posture of listening — toward God. A worship song. A question to the Lord. Unhurried silence. And a spoken blessing to release each woman back into her week.

Come as you are. But come ready to show up. Every week, someone in this room is coming for you, and you are coming for someone else.
"This was the first time I felt safe telling the truth about my story."Â
"I came in feeling ashamed, stuck, and spiritually numb. Through Paris’ gentle, trauma-informed guidance, I began to understand parts of my story I had avoided for years.
I’ve experienced more healing in these months than in years of trying to “fix myself” alone. Now, I move through life with a deeper sense of hope, honesty, and connection with God."
— M., age 38
"I didn’t realize how much pain I had never acknowledged."Â
I’ve been in ministry for decades, yet had never slowed down enough to face the harm in my own story.
Paris created a space where I felt seen, respected, and understood—something I didn’t realize I needed so desperately. For the first time in years, I feel hopeful and reconnected to my own heart—and to God in a way that feels real again."
— L., age 60
“But what about the time… or the investment?”
Â
It’s honest to ask those questions.
Because this work matters—but your life is already full.
So let’s talk about it.
 Â
“I don’t have time for something like this.”
You don’t need hours every day.
Storyline is designed to fit into your real life:
- One 90-minute session each week
- A short teaching you can listen to on your own time
- Simple, guided reflection (not overwhelming homework)
This isn’t about adding more to your plate.
It’s about finally addressing what’s been quietly taking up space underneath everything else.
Â
“I don’t know if I can justify the cost.”
You’re not paying for more information.
You’re investing in:
- a guided process (so you’re not doing this alone)
- a safe, facilitated space
- tools you’ll return to long after the 9 weeks end
Because staying stuck in the same patterns also has a cost. Emotionally. Spiritually. Relationally.
This is an invitation to do something different—with support.
"I felt an immediate sense of safety and calm.
Paris gently guided me into deeper parts of my story with wisdom and care.
Her presence created space for real healing—
and I felt truly held in the process."
— W., age 55

Do I have to share my story?
Is this therapy or another Bible study?
What if I am afraid to open up?
How do I know if this is right for me?
What if Tuesday or Wednesday doesn’t work?
Will sessions be recorded?
What if I miss a session?
Will I receive a hardcopy of the workbook?
What if I am not ready?
There is room for your story here.
Â
You do not have to keep carrying this alone.
You do not have to keep circling the same thoughts, the same patterns, the same questions.
There is a way forward.
And you do not have to rush to find it—you just have to begin.
Storyline is open now.
